Experience in Pega .Lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders by applying a variety of techniques to probe, elicit, challenge, understand, and gain consensus on requirements.
Identify, document, and validate current state processes and support stakeholders to design the desired future state provide recommendations andor direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisions.
