The JD is as follows:

Senior – IT Infra Business Analyst (IBA)

Supports internal IT infrastructure initiatives by bridging business needs with infra, ops, security & ITSM teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather & document business/technical requirements
• Support infra projects (planning, tracking, risks, dependencies, financials)
• Manage ITSM & change requests in ServiceNow; support CABs
• Coordinate stakeholder communications & change activities
• Maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, documentation & audit artifacts
• Identify risks; ensure compliance with ITIL & governance standards

Skills Required:
• IT Infrastructure BA experience (servers, networks, cloud, security)
• ServiceNow & ITSM / ITIL change management
• Strong documentation, reporting & stakeholder communication

Nice to Have:
• ITIL cert, SharePoint, Power BI, dashboard reporting
• Experience in enterprise / regulated environments

• Infra lifecycle management
• Currency upgrade tracking
• Dashboard & reporting
• Project coordination

Location: Toronto Downtown (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months+
