Senior Business Analyst

TTP is urgently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support IT infrastructure projects. This high-impact role is ideal for candidates with ITSM expertise, hands-on experience with ServiceNow, and strong business analysis skills.
Note: “Candidates must have hands-on experience with ITSM processes and ServiceNow (or equivalent ITSM platform).”

Location: Hybrid 3 days Downtown Toronto
Rate: $90/hr
Contract: 6 months with renewal

Responsibilities:
– Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for infrastructure projects.
– Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
– Support solution design and impact analysis.
– Assist project managers with planning, tracking, and execution.
– Manage ITSM requests and change records in ServiceNow; participate in CAB meetings.
– Maintain dashboards, reports, and project documentation.
– Communicate changes, risks, and impacts to stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:
– 8+ years as a Business Analyst in IT infrastructure, operations, or service management.
– Strong understanding of servers, networks, cloud, storage, and security.
– Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
– Solid knowledge of ITIL / ITSM change management.
– Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:
– ITIL Foundation or higher.
– Experience in an enterprise or regulated environment.
– Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experience.
– Knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI, and dashboard reporting.
