Are you an ERP-savvy Business Analyst ready for a role with travel, visibility, and real impact? We’re hiring 2–3 Intermediate BAs to support a multi-year Dynamics ERP implementation across sites in Canada and the USA. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a complex, multi-location rollout—mapping processes, guiding change, and helping users adopt a modernized SaaS/ERP environment.
What You’ll Do
✨ Work closely with operations, finance, supply chain, and field teams to map and refine business processes
✨ Support implementation of Dynamics ERP and its integration with a specialized manufacturing system
✨ Travel up to 1 week per month across North America to lead onsite workshops
✨ Build training guides, workflows, and documentation
✨ Help define requirements for GL, POs, billing, order management, and supply chain
✨ Collaborate with U.S. and Canadian BA teams
What You Bring
✔️ 3–6 years of Business Analyst experience
✔️ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
✔️ Strong business acumen (GL, POs, inventory, billing, order management)
✔️ Experience gathering requirements & documenting processes
✔️ Ability to create training material
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
✔️ Ability to travel between Canada and the USA (Passport OR PR with unrestricted U.S. entry)
Work Structure
🧭 Hybrid (Stoney Creek) – 2–3 days onsite per week
✈️ Monthly travel for onsite process mapping (~1 week)
🕒 Interview process:
1️⃣ 30-min virtual with Manager
2️⃣ 45-min onsite session
3️⃣ Virtual team fit call with U.S. BA team
4️⃣ Optional CIO welcome meeting
Start Dates Available: Before the holidays OR January (accommodating bonus payout timing)
