Hiring Now: Business Analyst
📍 Hybrid (Onsite meetings in Regina, SK may be required periodically)
🗓 Contract: 13 months

Key Responsibilities
👉 Elicit, analyze, and document business & system requirements
👉 Bridge business and IT stakeholders across Agile & Waterfall projects
👉 Develop use cases, process documentation, and traceability matrices
👉 Define and lead testing strategy, scenarios, scripts, data & execution
👉 Lead defect management, testing cycles, and status reporting
👉 Support change management, training, and transition activities
Key Qualifications
✅ Strong IT Business Analysis experience
✅ Hands-on requirements gathering & documentation
✅ Agile & Waterfall delivery experience
✅ Certification required: CBAP or PMI-PBA or IIBA-AAC
Ideal Candidate
