Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior BSA (Database/ Cloud Migration). This pivotal position involves leading a Branch Virtualization Project aimed at modernizing branch hardware, databases, and authentication systems by transitioning to cloud-based solutions. The successful candidate will act as a Product Owner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication, define clear user stories, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Business System Analyst with the authority and expertise to act as a Product Owner for the Branch Virtualization Project.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure project deliverables meet strategic objectives.
Write detailed and unambiguous user stories that clearly outline business needs and technical specifications.
Translate complex technical details into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
Lead discussions, clarify project expectations, and foster alignment among team members and business units.
Proactively identify potential issues or risks, providing timely solutions and adaptations to shifting project requirements.
Demonstrate strong decision-making skills, operating effectively even with limited information or under tight timeframes.
Work independently and efficiently, driving project tasks forward without the need for constant supervision.
Desired Skill-Set

Proven experience as a Business System Analyst, ideally within banking or financial services environments.
Strong understanding of cloud migration projects, particularly related to hardware, databases, and authentication systems.
Demonstrated ability to act as a Product Owner or hold similar leadership responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative discussions.
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic project environment.
Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project methodologies.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Nice to Have

Prior experience with branch modernization or virtualization initiatives.
Knowledge of banking operations and systems architecture.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Certification in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO) is a plus.
