Experience: 5+ years
Location: Toronto (Hybrid-4 Days onsite)
Required Skills & Experience –
▪️Strong experience in Application Production Support / Application Support Management.
▪️Proven expertise in incident, problem, and change management in a 24×7 environment.
▪️Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (Remedy, ServiceNow, JIRA).
▪️Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and platform support (OpenShift).
▪️Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
▪️Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders.
▪️Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver clear guidance under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
▪️Experience in enterprise, banking, financial services, or large-scale IT environments.
▪️Exposure to global support models and follow-the-sun operations.
▪️Knowledge of automation, scheduling, and batch processing tools.
