What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a talented development team.
Architect and develop next-gen software features in C, C++, and C#/WPF.
Become an expert in industrial communication protocols like OPC Classic/UA, Modbus, TCP/IP.
Solve challenging technical problems and set coding standards for the team.
What You Bring:
7+ years in professional software development (12–15 preferred), strong hands-on coding.
Deep experience with C, C++, and desktop application development in C#/WPF.
Passion for industrial control systems, SCADA, or IIoT platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills, mentorship experience, and curiosity for complex systems.
Nice-to-Haves: IoT protocols (MQTT), predictive analytics, AI/ML integration, cloud platforms, containerization.
