Overview

Seeking an experiencedChange Management Specialist to support large-scale digital health transformation initiatives. The role focuses on driving adoption of new systems, processes, and governance models across complex, multi-organization healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead organizational change management activities for large-scale digital and IT-enabled initiatives
Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted communication and engagement strategies
Develop and execute change management plans, readiness assessments, and impact analyses
Design and deliver training strategies, materials, and curricula to support process and system adoption
Coach project teams and stakeholders on change management best practices
Support implementation of standardized clinical plans and governance models across healthcare organizations

 

Must-Have Qualifications

Prosci (ADKAR) certification – required
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) – required
10+ years of organizational change management experience on large IT, process, or business transformation initiatives
7+ years in a project management or team lead role
5+ years developing training materials and curricula (including large organizations with 1,000+ employees)
Experience supporting healthcare transformation, including clinical, operational, and governance initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and coaching skills

Duration: Initial term through April 2026 (extension possible)
Work Model: Remote within Canada
Hours: 7.75 hours per business day (Central Time)
