Manager, Network and Directory Services

Excited to announce a fantastic opportunity on my team at Payments Canada! We’re looking for the Manager, Network and Directory Services to join our High Value Payment Systems Operations group in Ottawa or Toronto.

This is a senior role where you will:

– Oversee the Payments Canada’s CSN (CPA Services Network), Financial Institution File (FIF), Payment File Validation Service (PFVS) and other critical network and supporting services.
– Lead a dedicated team and manage key external vendor relationships.
– Play a critical role in the support of our day-to-day payment systems operations.
– Interact at a senior level with our members, the Bank of Canada, and internal stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Security, and Audit.

If you have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a business analysis or product management environment, including five (5) years of progressive management/leadership experience, and advanced knowledge of network and ancillary services operational policies, we want to hear from you!
