IT Project Manager (Healthcare only)
Remote with On-Site Meetings (Canada Only)
Contract – Up to 24 Months

About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with strong experience delivering complex IT and digital health initiatives across Canada’s healthcare ecosystem. You’ll lead modernization, system integration, digital identity, and clinical/administrative system projects while driving planning, governance, risk, and issues, and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT/digital health projects
Build project charters, plans, schedules, WBS, RAID logs, and dashboards
Manage resources, timelines, dependencies, and governance forums
Facilitate stakeholder engagement across ministries, vendors, and health partners
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership
Produce high-quality reports, briefings, and documentation
Mandatory Qualifications
8+ years developing integrated plans and project documentation
5+ years leading healthcare or digital health programs
8+ years working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners
5+ years of senior leadership defining scope, goals, and deliverables
3+ years of data integration between clinical applications
5+ years of change management on large custom software initiatives
5+ years of analysis, development, or integration of complex IT systems

Additional Info
Must reside in Canada
Mostly remote; occasional onsite meetings in Edmonton at your expense.
All work/data must stay within Canada
Contract: Up to 24 months + possible 12-month extension
