Senior Project Managers

TTP has an immediate need for3 Senior Project Managers to support Ontario Health’s multi-year healthcare IT initiatives. These projects focus on clinical system integrations, workflow optimization, and driving adoption across the provincial health system. Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Downtown Toronto) Contract: 12 months + strong possibility of renewal Rate: $110/hr Key Responsibilities Lead healthcare IT & clinical system projects; manage timelines, scope, and budgets Engage clinical sites and stakeholders while managing expectations Gather requirements; maintain schedules and integrated project plans Identify/mitigate risks and resolve cross-team conflicts Support training, change management, and go-live activities Maintain project documentation and reporting (MS Teams) Must-Have Qualifications 7+ years managing electronic health-related or clinical software projects Strong knowledge of clinical workflows & healthcare business processes Expertise in core PM practices (scope, risk, planning, quality mgmt.) Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines Nice-to-Have Skills PMP or equivalent; strong PMBOK knowledge Experience with MS Project, MS Teams Degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field Experience with change management & workflow analysis Knowledge of privacy legislation (HPPA, FIPPA, PHIPA)
