Senior Project Management Specialist

Procom is currently looking for a Senior Project Management Specialist for our client in the public sector

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR 14 MONTHS LATER
(GREAT CHANCE OF EXTENSION OF UP TO 6 MONTHS LATER)
LOCATION: REMOTE (THE CLIENT IS IN THE OTTAWA AREA)
LANGUAGE: ENGLISH
CLEARANCE: RELIABILITY (MUST BE ELIGIBLE)

Experience:

🎅 University Degree or College Diploma in a related field (information technology, project management, business analysis, etc.) or equivalent work experience
🎅A minimum of ten (10) years of recent demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Management Specialist in overseeing large projects (more than 40 project resources, over multiple years) in a complex environment
🎅A minimum of five (5) years of experience using Agile or hybrid delivery approaches (Agile / Waterfall) to deliver strategic projects
🎅Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non- technical audiences
🎅Strong demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to identify and communicate value and translate business needs into project objectives
🎅Demonstrated experience leading multiple initiatives concurrently and effectively managing interdependencies
🎅Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve objectives

Asset:

🎅Demonstrated / recent experience delivering large projects / initiatives in the financial sector (banks, financial institutions, market participants, etc.)
🎅Demonstrated knowledge / understanding of Central Banks’ business
🎅Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications
