🔥 What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a talented team of developers
Architect and build new features across a complex, high-performance industrial software platform
Dive deep into C, C++, and C#/WPF—hands-on coding is a core part of the role
Become a product expert and act as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges
Collaborate with product, QA, and support teams to drive high-impact innovation
Champion clean architecture, secure coding, and strong engineering practices
🎯 What You Bring
Strong commercial experience with C and C++ in multi-threaded Windows environments
Hands-on development experience with C#/WPF
7+ years of software development, ideally including senior or team-lead experience
Passion for building robust, elegant, maintainable software
Ability to quickly understand large, mature codebases
Excellent communication and leadership instincts
🌟 Nice-to-Haves
Industrial protocols (OPC UA/Classic, Modbus, TCP/IP)
IoT protocols like MQTT
Knowledge of networking, security, or relational databases
Experience with Linux, scripting languages, containerization, or cloud platforms
Interest in predictive analytics, ML, or AI integration
