We’re Hiring: IT Analyst IV – Technical Support (Access Management)
📍 Toronto, ON | 🔄 Hybrid | ⏳ 1-Year Contract

Join a highly collaborative, fast-paced Application Support team within Global Anti-Money Laundering (GAML) department. You’ll play a critical role ensuring secure, compliant access to key enterprise systems — supporting BAU operations that keep the bank safe.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
🔐 End-to-end access provisioning for multiple applications
📄 Reviewing & validating access request forms
💬 Communicating with requesters, internal stakeholders & vendors
✔️ Verifying correct access was granted & retaining audit evidence
📊 Running operational reports
⚡ Working within SLAs in a dynamic, technical environment
🧰 Leveraging advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Macros) + Outlook daily

✅ Must-Have Experience
8+ years in an IT/Application Support role
Strong access provisioning background
Experience running reports
Advanced Excel skills (Macros, VLOOKUPs required)
Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)

💡 Nice-to-Haves
SQL (running queries)
PowerShell (running scripts)
AML domain experience
Background in banking or financial services

Hybrid: 2 days onsite now → 4 days onsite starting New Year
Anchor days: Monday & Thursday
