📍 Location: Edmonton, AB (#Remote)
📅 Duration: 12 Months Contract + Possible Extension
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our client’s team and drive Agile excellence within a collaborative environment.
🔹 Must Have Requirements:
Active Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification (please attach certificate)
Strong experience coaching teams on Agile methodologies and fostering continuous improvement
Proven ability to lead Agile ceremonies: planning sessions, daily stand-ups, product demos, and retrospectives
Hands-on experience working in an Agile development environment
Experience with sprint planning and backlog refinement aligned with product owner priorities
Familiarity with JIRA or Azure DevOps for Agile backlog management
Exposure to UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design
