Credit Application Analyst – Markham, ON ⚡

We are hiring a Credit Application Analyst for our Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) team in Markham, ON. This role is a direct entry point into future RESL Underwriting positions.

Your core focus is operational support and compliance. You will ensure the accuracy, data integrity, and strict compliance of all credit documentation.

Schedule: Rotational (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Location: Markham, ON (Mandatory primarily onsite).
Start Date: January, 2026.
Pay rate: $20.77/Hour
Duration: 1-Year Contract

✅ Must-Haves
Experience: Previous professional experience in a corporate or office environment.
Education: Post-secondary education (College/University).
Skills: Strong communication and proven analytical/problem-solving abilities.
Commitment: Must be local to Markham, ON.
