Lead and mentor a team of developers while staying hands-on with code.
Design and build new features, subsystems, and platform capabilities.
Become a product expert inside a mature, complex C/C++ and C#/WPF environment.
Solve high-level technical challenges and serve as the final point of technical escalation.
Champion best practices in coding standards, architecture, testing, and security.
Collaborate closely with product, QA, and support teams to build high-impact solutions.

7+ years of professional software development, including leadership or senior-level experience.
Strong expertise in C, C++, and multi-threaded Windows development.
Commercial experience building desktop applications using C# and WPF.
Passion for hands-on coding and mentoring engineering teams.
Ability to navigate and enhance large, mature codebases.
Nice-to-Haves:
Industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, TCP/IP) • IoT experience • MQTT • Linux (C development) • Network security • Time-series databases • Cloud familiarity • Containerization • Web technologies • AI/ML interest.
