Sr Analyst, Business Systems Integration

We are looking for an experienced Sr Analyst, Business Systems Integration/Business Systems Integration Analyst with expertise in overseeing large-scale enterprise transitions and organizational change initiatives. The role involves facilitating the successful implementation of new systems and tools to ensure minimal operational disruption and seamless business continuity.

Key Qualifications:
– Proficient in change management, stakeholder coordination, and training logistics for enterprise rollouts impacting over 3,800 users across various U.S. business units.
– Demonstrated skills in managing cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, scheduling, and progress tracking in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented, possessing strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
– Experienced in Workday administration, Excel data management (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), SharePoint, and Power BI.
– Recognized for adaptability, initiative, and the capacity to drive business readiness and integration success in dynamic, transformational environments.
