NORAMTEC is seeking two experienced Senior Database Administrators (DBAs) for a high-impact project with a key client in the Toronto area. If you have deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and strong hands-on experience with cloud migrations, RAC environments, performance tuning, and Oracle security technologies, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
As part of this engagement, the Senior DBAs will:
Plan, prepare, and execute migration of Oracle E-Business Suite and TPE applications from On-Prem Supercluster to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Tune performance of EBS R12.2/Oracle 19c in a multi-node RAC environment.
Configure and deploy advanced Oracle technologies, including:
Data Masking
Tech Stack Monitoring
Database Vault
Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
Oracle Universal Directory (OUD)
Oracle Directory Integration Platform (DIP)
EBS Access Gate and EBS WebGate
Install and configure iSupplier in R12.2.
Update Disaster Recovery (DR) technical procedures for IFIS CORE and TPE.
Support day-to-day operations for EBS and Oracle Data Guard environments.
Document new processes and deliver knowledge transfer to internal Oracle DBA team.

Required Skills & Experience, 1 completed project as a DBA with Oracle
🔹 Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
Expert-level installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrade, and cloning of EBS.
Migration experience from Unix (Solaris) to Oracle Enterprise Linux/Red Hat.
Deep knowledge of SSO integration, Online Patching, Advanced Compression, and Data Partitioning.
🔹 Oracle Cloud & Security Tools
Proven experience migrating EBS applications to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Configuration of OAM, OUD, DIP, ODSM, and EBS WebGate technologies.
🔹 Oracle Application & Database Server
Strong background in Oracle Grid Control, patching, diagnostics, and performance tuning.
🔹 Unix (Solaris)
Proficiency in high availability, clustering, and load balancing on Unix systems.
Experience resolving performance issues using Unix tools and shell scripting.
🔹 Oracle Data Guard
Configuration, implementation, and testing experience with Oracle Data Guard.
🔹 Analytical & Problem-Solving
Ability to provide scalable technical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities for Oracle infrastructure and performance issues.
