Job Requirements

8+ years of experience leading enterprise-grade automation initiatives on the Microsoft Power Platform
Specialized expertise in Power Automate Desktop and unattended/hosted RPA bot operations
Skilled in designing and enforcing governance frameworks for large-scale automation programs
Strong background in defining environment and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies
Experienced in implementing ALM pipelines and controls aligned with audit, security, and regulatory requirements
Proven success in building and managing high-value RPA backlogs to ensure business alignment
Track record of delivering robust automations at scale with measurable results (e.g., hours saved, error reduction, SLA adherence)
