Mandatory Education/Certifications:
• SAP PLM and MM certifications.
Desired Education/Certifications:
• Post-secondary education in computer technology (BSc, MSc)
Mandatory Experience:
• Experience with Utility companies including overhauls and permitting applications
Desired Experience
Education & Certifications
· Relevant SAP Functional and/or Academy Training/Certification
· Demonstrated record of continuous improvement
General
· Technical aptitude with relevant business experience
· 3 – 5 years relevant SAP experience including implementation, upgrade, support and maintenance experience, business experience etc.

of services:

· SAP Solution Manager
· SAP Business Suite and NetWeaver components as implemented (such as ISU, CRM, Portal, PO etc.)
· SAP HANA
· SAP Configuration Tools – such as IMG

· SAP partner products including: Microfocus ALM, Cideon Product Suite, OpenTex
Position Description
This Business Analyst role will act as a Business Process Support Specialist. Supporting SaskPower’s Generation operational area to maximize value gained from the use of SAP.
RESPONSIBILITIES (included but not limited to):
· SAP solution support
o Communicate with business users on the use of SAP solutions
o Troubleshooting and resolving application issues including urgent / major
o Develop reporting and lead other technical areas through implementation
o Setup and configuration of some solutions
o Manage identification to implementation of solutions and processes
o Maintain master data for some solutions
o Create and maintain LSMW scripts
o Business authorizations for access
· Training delivery
o As required by business units (Operator, Planner, Foreman, Shift Supervisor)
o Creation of training materials
o Formal training for PP and maintenance of materials, primarily delivered by Sandra / Joseph
o Informal / ad-hoc training delivered by the entire team
· Project delivery
o Identify requirements
o Develop test cases
o Provide demos
o Data collection and analysis
o Identify key resources to engage
o Coordinate and assist in testing and defect identification
o Develop reporting
o Cutover activities and data migration
· Business liaison
o Process development
o Identifying enhancement requests for SAP or other solutions
o Provide consulting to understand technology and process interdependencies
