Must have:-
7+ years of professional experience in IT, with significant exposure to the financial services industry, especially Capital Markets and Banking.
Strong understanding of Funding, Security Lending, and Capital Market operations.
Proven experience in production support, business systems analysis, and technical system analysis.
Familiarity with various financial trading, settlement, and risk management systems.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle support over weekends and non-standard hours.
Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements within banking and financial systems.
Experience with relevant tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, ETL, Java, XML, APIs, Monitoring tools).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
Industry certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
