Are you an experienced Java Specialist looking to work on high-performance, scalable systems in the investment banking domain? Join HSBC’s One Trade Store team, where you’ll play a key role in building a strategic trade store and lifecycle management platform.

What you’ll do:
Design and develop scalable Java-based microservices and APIs with a strong engineering mindset
Work with multiple databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, plus caching (Redis, Ignite, Memcached)
Deploy and optimize solutions on Cloud + Kubernetes/Docker environments
Ensure reliability, observability, and performance (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus)
Collaborate with a global, cross-regional team delivering mission-critical solutions for HSBC’s investment banking division

What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong Java (Core + Microservices) expertise
✔ Hands-on with cloud-native applications & container orchestration
✔ Practical knowledge of DevOps tools & CI/CD pipelines
✔ Experience with observability platforms (otel/Prometheus)
✔ Bonus: Understanding of Investment Banking & Fixed Income
