✅ About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst with strong experience in the Banking Domain, particularly in Mobile Banking Applications for both Android & iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, create key documentation, and ensure successful project delivery.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and key stakeholders
✔ Prepare key documents such as BRD, FRD, HLRD, DRS, MDD, and Jira Epics
✔ Analyze business processes and data to deliver clear, actionable requirements
✔ Ensure data accuracy using Excel and reporting tools
✔ Work closely with Offshore and Onsite teams during the project lifecycle
✔ Act as liaison between business, development teams (Android & iOS), and operations

🎯 Key Skills & Experience Required:
✔ Strong experience in Banking Domain – Mobile Banking Applications (Android & iOS)
✔ Proficient in documentation: BRD, FRD, HLRD, DRS, MDD
✔ Hands-on experience with Jira, MS Excel, and MS Word
✔ Excellent communication and strong analytical skills
✔ Ability to work in a collaborative Offshore-Onsite environment
✔ 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
