🔍 Seeking a seasoned hashtag#IdentityAndAccessManagement pro with hands-on experience in hashtag#PingIdentity solutions.
Provide Level-3 support for OneUID hashtag#SSO, manage complex incidents with expert hashtag#IncidentManagement, and drive platform enhancements and compliance.
Strong skills in hashtag#PingFederate, hashtag#PingID, hashtag#CyberSecurity, and hashtag#IAMOperations? This role is for you!

What You’ll Do:
Manage and resolve complex support tickets for OneUID hashtag#SSO services and hashtag#AccessManagement
Monitor platform health, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with vendors for effective hashtag#IncidentManagement
Support hashtag#MFA enrollments, hashtag#SSL renewals, hashtag#PasswordlessAuthentication, and more
Lead onboarding of ~50 new SSO-integrated applications monthly, driving hashtag#ApplicationIntegration
Drive hashtag#LDAPGateway upgrades and configuration changes in hashtag#PingFederate
Support audit & compliance activities, including hashtag#SOX and hashtag#ITCompliance audits

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Expertise in PingFederate, PingID, Ping Access, hashtag#SAML, hashtag#OAuth, hashtag#OIDC, hashtag#LDAPGateway
✅ Strong problem-solving, hashtag#RootCauseAnalysis, hashtag#IncidentResolution, and hashtag#ProblemManagement skills
✅ Experience with hashtag#SOX or similar audit processes
✅ Excellent communication and documentation abilities for hashtag#KnowledgeManagement
✅ Preferred: Ping Identity certifications and hashtag#CISSP, hashtag#SecurityCertifications or similar
