🔍 About the Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a high-impact, hybrid role with one of Canada’s largest banks. You’ll be embedded in the Commercial Banking Engineering group, driving Salesforce/nCino integration projects that directly support small business onboarding and client platform transformation.
This is NOT a passive BA role. We’re looking for someone who can lead technical conversations, translate business needs into platform solutions, and roll up their sleeves when needed.
🧰 What You’ll Do:
Lead requirement gathering sessions across Salesforce and nCino use cases
Translate business and technical needs into user stories and solution specs
Support the configuration of Financial Services Cloud and related Salesforce modules
Collaborate with architects and developers across Canada and international teams
Ensure all platform enhancements are scalable, secure, and compliant
✅ Must-Have Experience:
10+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in technology projects
Extensive, hands-on Salesforce experience (FSC, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud)
Experience configuring Salesforce and driving integrations
Proven success with Salesforce requirement gathering and documentation
Working knowledge of nCino (especially credit origination) is a strong asset
Ability to speak the language of both business and technical teams

Prior experience in Commercial or Retail Banking
Experience working in agile teams with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and operational controls
