We’re Hiring: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Banking, Risk & AML 🚨
📍 Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
📅 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site & Hybrid Mode

We are actively looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a solid background in banking, risk & regulatory compliance, and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) to join our team in Toronto.

🔑 Key Skills:
* 10+ years of experience as a BSA
* Strong SQL expertise
* Deep understanding of banking domain
* Data warehouse design & implementation
* Data analysis & mapping

💡 Secondary Skills (Nice to Have):
* SAS
* PySpark

📝 Responsibilities Include:
* Collaborate with technology teams (Solution Designers, Architects) to assess current-state systems and recommend solutions
* Translate complex business requirements into functional specs within a Data Warehouse environment
* Engage in business and data requirements to deliver end-to-end solutions
* Work on Source-to-Target Mapping (IDC – Incoming Data Collection Sheets)
* Support testing teams by helping define test cases, expected results, and traceability for different test phases (UAT, product, performance, operational)
