Junior IAM Analyst

I’m hashtag#hiring for a Junior IAM Analyst (3-5 years of exp) for a TOP10 Insurance company in Canada!
(*12 months contract, 1-2 days per week to Toronto, ON)

Looking for:
[***ONLY looking for Junior candidates between 3-5 years of experience*******************]

– Experience in Information Technology with strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Linux, and AIX.
– Hands-on experience in access management or IAM operations (provisioning, de-provisioning, troubleshooting).
– Familiarity with automated provisioning tools and workflows considered an asset.
– Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or equivalent are highly desirable.
– Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow security controls and governance procedures.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
