Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Systems Engineer

We’re hiring a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Systems Engineer for a leading healthcare client in west-end Toronto!🚨

This is a full-time, hybrid role on a small, high-impact team (Team Lead + 2 Engineers) where you’ll play a key role in ensuring reliability, automation, and modernization across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:
– Messaging & M365 Expertise: Hands-on with Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, backups/archiving (Veritas, Barracuda, Rubrik), and patching.
– Ops & Reliability: Incident/problem/change management, RCA, ServiceNow ticket resolution, monitoring, and ensuring uptime.
– Automation & Modernization: Strong PowerShell and automation skills to drive efficiency and move from manual to modern workflows.
