Role: Change management Lead
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick (Remote)
Must Haves:
Must include significant experience designing and leading change strategies for clinical stakeholders, including prescribers and clinicians, in complex transformation initiatives.
Leadership of clinical change strategies
Deep engagement with healthcare providers
Collaboration with CMIOs, CNIOs, and clinical leaders
Development of clinician readiness and engagement strategies
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Change Manager or Change Management Lead in a clinical CIS transformation context where healthcare providers are directly impacted by the change. Including experience developing fit for purpose clinical engagement and readiness strategies, communicating benefits and impacts, and supporting adoption.
Experience leading CIS adoption and change impact assessments
Development and oversight of change plans and adoption metrics
