Key Requirements:
* 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on experience administering IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D).
* Proven experience with core CP4D applications: WKC, Data Quality, OpenPages, Factsheets, Match360, DataStage, OpenScale, Data Virtualization.
* Strong Linux (RHEL) system administration and shell scripting skills.
* Proficient with Red Hat OpenShift – including cluster operations, application deployment, troubleshooting, and scaling.
* Strong understanding of databases such as DB2, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS platforms.
* Experience handling large-scale production environments, incidents, and RCA preparation.
* Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work under pressure.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders.
