We are seeking a hands-on, delivery-focused Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic software delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of Canada’s top insurers on high-impact projects involving APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.

🎯 Must-Have Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in software project delivery
4+ years as a Scrum Master in tech-heavy environments
Experience working with APIs, system integration, and cloud technologies
Insurance industry experience is required (Guidewire is a big plus)
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira/Confluence
CSM or CSPO certification required
Bilingual communication or exceptional English verbal skills
