New Opportunity: .NET Transverse Team Lead – Montreal

🔹 Type: 12-month Contract
📍 Location: Montreal (2 days remote/week after 3 months)

We’re hiring a hands-on .NET Developer Lead to manage the full delivery and support lifecycle of critical transverse banking applications. Reporting to both Montreal and New York, you’ll lead a skilled team, drive production support, and collaborate with business and tech stakeholders across North and South America.

💼 What we’re looking for:
✔️ 10+ years of experience, including 3+ in team leadership
✔️ Expert in .NET Framework, Web API, SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL
✔️ Familiar with banking/financial environments
✔️ Strong experience in production support, RCA, ITIL, and audit
✔️ Skilled in Agile/Waterfall project delivery
✔️ Fluent in English (French is a plus)
