Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Technical Project Manager – Guidewire who will be responsible for leading technology workstreams that support the integration. This candidate will manage the migration and consolidation of core platforms.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating across the technical teams, such as architecture, development, infrastructure, applications, QE, and data.
Track technical dependencies, manage risks, support testing, cutover planning, and align deliverables with business timelines.
Key Liaison between business units and TS, ensuring the technical integration meets regulatory, operational and scalability requirements.
Desired Skill Set:

Strong understanding and experience with Infrastructure & DevOps
Experience with data migration, data mapping, ETLs, analytics, data lakes, data quality validation & reconciliation of data issues
Strong understanding of core insurance platforms (Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, Claims Center)
Familiarity with system architecture, APIs, data mapping, release planning & management, testing & defect management
Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure & Oracle)
Understanding of network, security, and access
Expertise in project planning, scheduling & resource management
Skilled in managing technical dependencies, risks and change control
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, across QA, infrastructure & change management
Experienced with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SaFe, Waterfall & hybrid methodologies
Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project
Clear, concise technical and executive-level communication
Strong stakeholder management and issue resolution abilities
Comfortable presenting and creating materials for status updates, cross-functional matrix meetings, and risk assessments to executives
