Senior Business Analyst

We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Contract | $90/hr | Hybrid (Toronto)
Location: Downtown Toronto – Hybrid (3 days/week in-office)
Duration: 10 months
Rate: $90/hr
Key Must-Have Experience:
Proven experience designing complex digital user experiences.
Agile Delivery: Strong ability to work within a balanced Agile SCRUM team (Product Owner, UX Designers, Devs).
Backlog Tools: Solid experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Pivotal Tracker.
Scrum Master background is a strong asset.
Technical Skillset:
Knowledge of MIRO, Confluence, Trello, Office 365, and Slack/Teams
Experience with design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, InVision
Familiarity with Azure Cloud, WCAG 2.0/2.1, and Ontario Digital Service Standards
Understanding of information architecture, responsive design, and typography best practices
Effective communicator and facilitator across internal teams and external stakeholders
Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Experience in guiding product teams with UX leadership and best practices
