🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Business Analyst – Q2C
📍 Location: Toronto, Canada (100% Remote)
💼 Experience: 5–7 Years | Employment Type: Full-Time

✅ Must-Have Skills
Strong experience with Conga CPQ and Salesforce (SFDC)
Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process flows
Proficient in JIRA for tracking and project management
Skilled in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Technical fluency with IT stacks and business applications
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities

⭐ Preferred Skills
Familiarity with ASPIRE framework is a plus
Domain knowledge in Healthcare, Automotive, or Sales Quote Management
Experience as Lead BA, Product Owner, or Enterprise BA
Agile experience with SCRUM / SAFe methodologies
Certifications: CBAP, IIBA AAC, IREB preferred
Tools: LucidChart, Balsamiq, Visio, Adobe XD for mockups and process flows

🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
Strong communication, listening, and business negotiation skills
Passionate about Agile and a strong advocate of Lean-Agile values
Able to collaborate cross-functionally with global and offshore teams
