Position Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Fredericton, NB (onsite)
Duration: 03-month contract + Extension
Job requirement:
Must Have:
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst including requirements gathering and documentation, developing technical solutions and outlining solutions options and improvements. (5 Years)
• Demonstrated experience engaging business and technical subject matter experts to elicit requirements by leading the workshop/discovery sessions, applying critical thinking to identify business requirements and technical capabilities, effective documentation preparation and ability to clearly articulate business system requirements and desired outcomes. (5 Years)
• Demonstrated experience in producing visual system diagrams that clearly depict the relationships between business functions and develop the business process documents. (5 Years)
• Experience in database design and producing data models using modern diagramming tools, preferably suited to Oracle databases. (5 years)
• Experience working with Public Sector agencies within Canada such as federal, provincial or municipal level government entities. (3 years)
