Project Manager Specialist
Job Description
On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Project Manager Specialist for an 18-month contract opportunity. This is a hybrid position based in Ottawa, requiring on-site presence 10 days per month. Candidates must be eligible for Enhanced Reliability clearance.
Key Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of demonstrated technical project management experience on medium to large-scale initiatives
-Proven experience with Agile and hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) delivery methodologies
-PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) certification
-Scrum Master Certification
