Exciting Opportunity: Senior Application Support Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Ideal candidates must have:
– 10+ years of experience in application support, preferably in banking, financial services, or brokerage platforms.
– Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs, diagnose errors, and escalate issues effectively.
– Familiarity with incident management (ITIL) and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA).
– Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
– Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace).
– Excellent communication skills for liaising between technical and non-technical teams.
