Technical Architect (Ruby on Rails)

**HIRING – FULL TIME PERMANENT – REMOTE (Must be located in the province of Quebec)**

Our tech client is looking for a Bilingual (French, English) Technical Architect (Ruby on Rails) with a strong background in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, particularly focusing on integration with major Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)!

Key Requirements [*** Candidates MUST be proficient in French***]
·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in a solution architect role, with a proven track record of successful HRIS integration projects.
·       End to End SaaS project lifecycle experience (from initiation to implementation)
·       Experienced in Development methodologies & development life cycles
·       Experience with backend, frontend, or gateway development in a SaaS environment.
·       Awareness of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, REACT, Node.js, ReactNative, and GraphQL development technologies, as well as SSO & Authentication flow designs.
·       High Proficiency in French and English is mandatory (verbal and in writing).
·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
·       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, from both technical to executive levels
