Computer Application Support, Senior (BMC Specialist)

Procom is currently looking for a Computer Application Support, Senior (BMC Specialist) for our client in the public sector

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR 12 MONTHS LATER (GREAT CHANCE OF EXTENSION)
LOCATION: MOSTLY REMOTE (OTTAWA AREA)
LANGUAGE: ENGLISH
CLEARANCE: SECRET (MUST HOLD BEFORE SUBMISSION)

Experience:

🍁 Must hold a ITIL v3 certification, diploma, or degree in computer science or other relevant field from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution.
🍁Must have minimum of five (5) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years of bid closing, developing custom applications in ITSM BMC Remedy projects experience responding to user requirements, using BMC ITSM system (Remedy 9.1 or newer)
