Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Amdocs Ensemble CSM (Customer Success Management) Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in development, enhancement, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, debug, modify, and maintain software systems related to Amdocs Ensemble CSM.Hands-on coding experience in CSM Tuxedo services (minimum 2 years).Investigate various issues within the CSM codebase and conduct impact analysis.Propose and implement code fixes, explain solutions to the client, and support end-to-end development.Assist QA teams in testing and validation of bug fixes.

Core Expertise: Amdocs Ensemble CSM, TuxedoProgramming Languages: Proficiency in C/C++, Java, PythonDatabase Skills: Oracle, SQL, PL/SQLOperating Systems & Scripting: Unix/Linux, Shell scripting
