Position Title: Senior Functional Business Analyst- Bilingual

Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite Preferred / Hybrid Available)

Contract: Approximately 12 Months

Languages: French (Primary), English (Secondary)

We are seeking a Senior Functional Business Analyst with deep expertise in banking and payment processing to support a leading financial institution in Montreal. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, leading the gathering of requirements, crafting functional specifications, and ensuring a seamless UAT process.

Key Responsibilities

· Document current batch processes and FoxPro workflows

· Define functional requirements for modernization initiatives

· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

· Support UAT and validation to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

· Extensive experience in banking and payment processing

· Local to Montreal and fluent in French (primary) and English (secondary)

· Strong experience in requirements gathering and writing functional specs

· Background in process modernization and FoxPro workflow documentation
