We have an excellent 2-years contract opportunity with possible extension for a Change Manager Level 3 in Fredericton, Canada.

This is a Remote role.

Must haves:
• 5+ years in a senior-level change management role (e.g., Change Lead or Sr. Specialist) leading transformation initiatives directly impacting healthcare providers.
• 5+ years of experience managing change related to healthcare technology (e.g., Clinical Information Systems, EHRs, or digital transformation projects) with clinical user groups.
• Professionally bilingual in French and English; able to lead engagement, communications, and training initiatives in both languages (advanced level).
