Senior Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Operational Risk team at one of our top banking clients in Toronto (Hybrid model). This team sits within Capital Markets and supports both Global Markets and Investment & Corporate Banking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute control testing to evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes
• Maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and findings
• Collaborate with teams across risk management, compliance, and internal audit
• Partner with business units to address and resolve control gaps

Must Haves:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel (working with data, tables, tabs, etc.)
