CALLING ALL SERVICE DESIGNERS IN EDMONTON!!!!!!!!!
Tundra Technical Solutions has a client in the higher education space in need of a Service Designer on a 12 month contract, to help roadmap the journey and workflow processes for researchers within their institution. This is a holistic view of the entire journey with one aspect being potential technology solutions. You will be working with the researchers and department heads to understand their current process, and work with a team of BAs, PMs, Business Consultants and Technology professionals to build the solution. You will also need to build and lead workshops within this role.
