QA Engineer

Exciting Remote opportunity – We are hiring for QA Engineer – Ensure Quality & Drive Innovation ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You’ll play a crucial role in developing and executing test plans, automating testing, and collaborating with developers to maintain high standards. This is a long term Remote opportunity (within Canada) for one of our Oil & Gas Clients
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop & Execute test plans, cases, and scripts for functionality and performance.
✔ Perform Manual & Automated Testing (Cypress preferred, or Selenium/Playwright).
✔ Collaborate with Teams to understand requirements and maintain quality standards.
✔ Monitor & Report Defects, ensuring they are identified and resolved efficiently.
✔ Enhance Automated Testing frameworks for better coverage and efficiency.
✔ Conduct Regression & Performance Testing to validate system stability.
What You Bring:
🔹 7+ years of QA experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
🔹 Expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
🔹 Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and agile practices.
🔹 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
🔹 Bonus: Security testing experience, insurance industry knowledge.
