Senior WFS Functional Lead

We have an exciting 2-year contract opportunity for a Senior WFS Functional Lead in Toronto.

This is a hybrid role (2 days onsite and 3 days remote)

Must haves:
• 5+ years of experience as a WFS Functional Lead for Time Attendance, Absences, and Scheduling project implementations, including experience in a transit environment and understanding public sector collective agreements.
• Minimum of 2 large-scale Time Attendance, Absences, and Scheduling project implementations using Workforce Software in an environment of equivalent in size and scope to the TTC with 3000+ collective bargaining agreement time rules.
• Experience designing end-to-end business processes from the Time Attendance, Absences, and Scheduling requirements, including required system integration to other systems, like SAP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Level 2 certification in Workforce Time and Classic Job scheduling.
