Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant – Oracle IAM 12C Expert
Hybrid – Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Join a forward-thinking team as an Identity & Access Management Consultant, where you’ll lead the design, deployment, and sustainment of Oracle Identity & Access Management (OIAM) 12C environments supporting over 10,000 users.
Note: Applicants must be Canadian Citizens or have at least 3 years of Permanent Residency in Canada.

What You’ll Do:
Spearhead the design and deployment of Oracle IAM 12C solutions and keep them secure and compliant.
Evaluate new OIAM 12C features and integrate solutions into complex program area applications.
Conduct technical gap analyses and propose enhancements for workflow configurations.
Manage firewall rule requirements, certificate updates, and federation services.
Design and deliver Proofs-of-Concept (POCs) showcasing the power of OIAM 12C features.
Create detailed integration documentation and configuration procedures.
Leverage REST APIs to optimize identity flows and enhance user access.
Drive incident, issue, and risk management processes.
Deliver regular status updates and technical advisories to leadership.

What You Bring:
1. Expertise in Sustaining Large Identity Systems:
10+ years of hands-on experience with identity & access management systems.
4+ years directly with Oracle Identity & Access Management Suite Plus.
Proven success with COTS implementations and environments with 10,000+ users.
3+ years working with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM).
2+ years working with monitoring tools like Nagios, Big Brother, etc.
Solid understanding of PKI, PMI, SSL, and other IT security frameworks.
2. Large Application Implementation Experience:
10+ years designing and sustaining enterprise-grade systems using:
Oracle Fusion Middleware, OHS, Tomcat, IIS, WebSphere, Oracle DB, Apache, Solaris, Linux, Windows, AIX, etc.
Familiarity with ITIL practices (Service Level, Change, Release, Capacity & Problem Management).
3. Incident & Problem Management:
Expert troubleshooting and resolution skills for application and IAM-related issues.
Experience in high-level decision-making and issue triaging.
4. Quality Assurance:
10+ years in quality control, especially in large-scale environments.
Hands-on experience with Change/Release Management, automated testing tools (e.g., TFS), and OUM or equivalent methodologies
